I am very pleased with my experience at Global Podiatry. I was able to easily book an appointment compared to other Podiatrist offices that told me they had a three month wait for new patients. Great front office personnel, Dr Caitlyn Lee is excellent and I hear that the other doctors are superb also. All around copasetic encounters. These folks are GREAT!

The office staff were very pleasant. The x-ray technician was kind and helped me with the (to me) awkward position I needed to be in for my foot x-rays. Dr. Sung was very personable and explained my condition very throughly and in terms I could understand.

Dr. Sung came across as thoughtful, empathetic, and expert. He listened carefully and clearly spelled out my options. Highly recommended.

Office was ready for my visit and had my paperwork and forms to be filled out. If I had a question they were able to answer it. The assistant taking x-rays was very professional, if I didn't understand where to place my foot she kindly indicated another way. Dr. Sung was prompt, showed me my x-ray and where the fracture was located what needed to be done and fitted me with a boot until my next appointment when I didn't need it anymore and indicated I needed not to hurt that foot because it takes 2 months to heal.

I had a severe pain in my foot, and I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Lee almost immediately. She reviewed the X-rays from urgent care the previous day, and found a fracture that they had missed. She explained in detail the location of the fracture, and started me on the right treatment. She was very thorough and clear in her communication, and has responded quickly to my email questions. I highly recommend her.

Dr Sung was very professional and easy to talk to regarding my condition and provided many options for treatment. Looking forward my next visit and discussing best option after MRI is complete.

Dr. Sung is always kind and gentle with Paul. From his TBI, Paul has difficult toe nails to cut. Sounds strange, but yet another after effect of the brain injury. I will use Dr. Sung as my podiatrist also, and I am a Senior Citizen.

Couldn't get an appointment with my existing podiatrist so I called around and got Dr. Lee. Got a next-day appointment for a condition that had been causing pain for 2 months. Dr. Lee filed down the offending callus/blister and fitted an insert to relieve the pressure. The procedure wasn't painful and the relief was instant. Thank you Dr. Lee!
